Torsion Springs

Custom torsion springs from Springfield Spring & Stamping are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC wire forming equipment including the CNC Itaya Wire Former and the CNC Orimec MLS-10V. This equipment allows us to offer custom torsion springs with a wide variety of end types.

In addition to single and double torsion spring options, these springs can also be ordered with hinge ends, short hook ends, short offset, straight torsion, and special ends.

At Springfield Spring & Stamping, small torsion springs are no problem—wire diameters can range from .008″ to .135″ (.201 to 3.4 mm).

We work with a large range of materials, including music wire, brass and stainless steel. Quality finishes range from manganese phosphate to passivation to powder coated.
