Springfield Spring offers design and engineering assistance to our customers at no additional charge. Use our exclusive Early Design Intervention Team (EDIT) at the beginning stage of your product development and they will facilitate the process. As your outsource engineering partner, we can often save you time and money, minimize mistakes and decrease the "time-to market" of your products. Our complete Model Shop Department can assist in the manufacture of short-run prototypes for fit, function, and design verification. Cost Reduction Program
Springfield Spring's SupplierValue Analysis (SVA) cost reduction program can help your company save money on the production of your spring products. Our engineers are experts at estimating and evaluating the entire process, from design and fabrication to packaging and stocking. This custom cost reduction process is very proactive-we evaluate every step of the process and look for ways to save you money at each step.
