At Springfield Spring, fourslide - produced stampings are fabricated in our Short Run Stamping Department or automatically on our fourslide machines. This automatic process machinery is capable of producing components from flat strip, round wire and shaped wire materials. We also design, fabricate and qualify all of our tooling in-house, which means our fourslide produced stampings are manufacutred to customer specifications.

The materials we use in our fourside - produced stampings include:

• 1050/1074/1095 annealed carbon steel strip
• 1075/1095 tempered carbon steel strip
• 1008-1010 low carbon strip
• tempered martinsite M130, M160, M190
